I provide relational therapy in Leawood, Kansas City, and online for Kansas and Missouri residents, helping clients manage obsessive thoughts, parenting transitions, and challenges with body image and disordered eating. Now more than ever, our world is incredibly fast-paced and it often feels like we are just trying to keep our heads above water. And yet, your life is significant and precious. Therapy with me is an invitation to slow down, take a breath, and reconnect with yourself. It’s a collaborative, compassionate space where you can show up exactly as you are. Together, we we will explore all the parts of you with curiosity and compassion, rather than judgment and ridicule. I support teens (12+) and adults and work from an integrative approach that brings together ACT, IFS, and Person-Centered Therapy.
