My name is Rachel (she/her) and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I primarily work with children, adolescents and young adults. Teens and young adults especially tend to click with me due to my age (29). I specialize in ADHD, trauma, mood disorders, anxiety, perfectionism and life transitions. I have 6+ years of professional experience working with those experiencing crisis, including clients struggling with suicidal ideation, self harm, and family and relational conflict. I have experience working with members of the LGBTQ+ community. I also have experience with chronic pain and illness. I use a strengths based, client centered approach that meets each client where they are at. I like to provide direct skills client can take with them outside the therapy space.
