I specialize in working with women ages 16 and up who are navigating the challenges of depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues. Many of the clients I support are seeking healing from the emotional wounds of past or current abusive relationships. I am especially passionate about helping individuals recognize, process, and recover from toxic dynamics—whether in romantic relationships, friendships, or family systems.
