I work with people who experience anxiety, depression, ADHD, divorce, eating disorders &/or trauma. Other issues clients address include relationships, sexuality, health, parenting, loss, & divorce. People are meant to heal. I see clients who have had ongoing issues with their mood, may have been in treatment in the past, and people are having mental health issues for the first time in their lives due to work or other life transitions. I individually tailor treatment to each client. My goal in working with you is to help you stay focused on what matters most to you.
