Hi there! I’m Rachel, the owner and sole clinician at Flourish Mental Health. It’s truly my passion to support individuals—children as young as 4, teens, and adults—as they work toward healing, growth, and greater well-being. I strive to create a space where each person feels safe, heard, and understood. Whether you're reaching out for yourself or for your child, I want you to know that you're not alone. Life can be overwhelming at times—whether it’s anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, everyday stress, or behavioral challenges—and I believe deeply in each person’s inner strength to navigate and overcome these struggles. I’m here to walk alongside you with support, insight, and encouragement. I believe meaningful change begins with feeling truly understood and connected. My approach is grounded in Person-Centered therapy, while also drawing from CBT, ACT, and Reality Therapy. With young children, I incorporate Play Therapy to support expression and growth.
