Hi, I'm Rachel! My journey into becoming a psychotherapist began early. Throughout my childhood and adolescence, I was given the opportunity to experience individual, family, and group therapy. For me, therapy was a safe place to tell my story, and I knew that one day I wanted to provide that for others too. ​My approach is holistic and human. From a clinical standpoint, I utilize aspects of several modalities including but not limited to: Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectic Behavioral Therapy, Systematic Desensitization, Insight Oriented Therapy, and Solutions Focused Therapy.
