Together, we’ll build stronger boundaries, quiet your inner critic, and help you feel more grounded and confident. My approach is warm, supportive, and rooted in self-compassion. Together, we’ll explore both the internal patterns and external systems that shape your stress and self-worth. My roots are Christian and I’m an affirming ally for the LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, and immigrant communities.
