About
I am a Licensed Associate Counselor with a passion for helping adults move towards the life that they desire most and work towards showing up as the person that they want to be. When things are going great it can be easier to make the choices that we want and be our best self, but life can be a rollercoaster and does not always give us the optimal conditions. Learning how to keep moving toward what and who we value most can be key in not getting stuck or key in getting unstuck from our current state of being.
