I use a person-centered approach to help clients improve their life functioning, achieve their goals and improve their relationships. I know taking that first step can be scary, but if you are willing to take that step and put in the work, it will be worth it! Being trained in Marriage and Family Therapy means I have a unique view into clients lives using a systems-focused approach. I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families. I have been trained in Gottman Method Couple's Therapy Level 1 and Level 2, Great Start Premarital Counseling, and I am an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider.
