I am passionate about working with women navigating the evolving seasons of adulthood, identity, & responsibility. Many of the women I support are balancing multiple roles—mother, professional, partner, and caregiver—while managing internal and external pressures that can feel overwhelming or isolating. My work focuses on supporting clients through shifts in identity, changes in daily routines, evolving family and social dynamics, & the demands of navigating career transitions. These experiences often bring uncertainty and emotional stress, especially during moments when previously effective coping skills are no longer effective. I help clients develop greater awareness of thought patterns that may contribute to anxiety, self-doubt, or emotional distress. Together, we work on identifying and challenging distorted thoughts, strengthening stress management skills, and building healthier, more adaptive ways of responding to life’s demands.
