My ideal client feels hopeless, and has been in therapy for years without success. They are depressed, anxious, have problems with relationships, or have habits that get in the way of a happy life. They have tried Everything and Nothing works. They are motivated to do what it takes find relief, including daily homework. They will agree to work within the TEAM framework to target self-defeating beliefs and overcome them.
