I’m especially passionate about helping men develop healthy, authentic masculinity. I Incorporate principles from the Gottman Method for couples while also welcoming clients of all genders helping to navigate trauma and relationship issues. As a veteran, I understand the complex mix of pride, loss, and emotional weight that service can carry. I’ve lost brothers to substance use and suicide, and I know how isolating that pain can feel. I’m committed to offering a safe, steady space for veterans, first responders, and their families to process trauma, rebuild strength, and move toward healing.
