Are you experiencing distress after trauma? Do you lose time or feel disjointed internally? Do you have flashbacks or don't understand why you feel the way you do? I specialize in working with complex trauma and dissociation, including DID. I am experienced in EMDR Levels I and II. My work has been influenced by various models, including IFS, an engaging ego state approach. I regularly integrate Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) skills into the challenge of this work, which has proven to be a very effective combination. Additionally, I am Level I and Level II trained in using the Gottman Method for Couples Therapy.
