I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and a Licensed Minister, who is passionate about providing mental healthcare to people of all backgrounds. My desire to treat the whole person, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually, guides my approach to treating mental health issues. True healing involves much more than just addressing the symptoms, but requires self-care for the entire person. Therapy is a process that gives you the space and time to work through your most difficult challenges while learning helpful tools that can lead to greater personal awareness and insight. I offer goal-oriented counseling treating anxiety, depression, grief/loss, trauma, ADHD, and various other challenges. I have over 25+ years of experience working with adolescents, individuals, and couples in outpatient, group, and private practice settings. My specialty includes integrating faith based counseling with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
