I treat a wide variety of clients ranging from ages 8-60. I specialize in treating those afflicted with OCD and ADHD, as well as those dealing with anxiety, depression, abuse, and stress (to name a few). My theoretical approach involves an integration of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person Centered Therapy (PCT). I also use play therapy, art therapy, and mindfulness techniques. For the treatment of OCD, I utilize Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). ERP is a structured approach that exposes the client in a safe and controlled environment.
