Hello, congratulations on making the first step toward mental health healing! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with the state of California with over 25 years of experience working in the field. I became compassionate about helping others at day one of becoming a social worker and seeing the positive changes that occur in the lives of those I work with. There is no better feeling than helping others. I work with people with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, anger management issues, substance abuse/addiction issues, and unresolved abuse and/or trauma history. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change and a healthier you. If you are ready to take that step I am here to support and empower you! My counseling style has been described as friendly, approachable, down to earth, yet direct and effective.
