Hi! I’m a counselor who believes real change starts when we feel seen, supported, and empowered to take ownership of our lives. I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, stress, relationships, and life transitions. My approach is grounded in Reality Therapy, focusing on what’s within your control and how to move toward what truly matters to you. Before becoming a therapist, I coached athletes for years, which taught me the power of accountability, connection, and showing up for yourself (even on the tough days). I’ve seen firsthand how life-changing it can be to have someone in your corner—and I’m here to be that for you.
