My individualized and pro-active approach helps create a supportive environment where clients can feel comfortable addressing life’s challenges through a strength based, solution focused and change oriented approach. It also helps people of all ages and ethnic backgrounds develop self-awareness, self-confidence and see life from a different perspective in order for them to believe in themselves and cope effectively with emotional, behavioral and stress-related problems. My therapeutic approach involves understanding how the patient’s past impacts their current level of functioning and then through this self-awareness, help them make healthier decisions today in order to reach their full potential and live mentally, physically and spiritually healthier lives.
