Overcoming cultural, generational, or any form of trauma is a deeply challenging journey. Many of us struggle to find effective ways to navigate these deeply rooted stressors. However, I firmly believe that with the right support, everyone has the strength and resilience needed to heal and break cycles of abuse, family discord, and trauma. I am dedicated to being the supportive presence individuals need to make meaningful changes in their lives. My passion lies in helping clients work through cycles of abuse, family conflicts, and generational trauma.
