Together we will explore the parts of yourself that feel like they are not good enough or are too much - those parts that feel overwhelmed, unmotivated, worried, or numb. We will delve into how those parts got to feeling those ways and -spoiler alert - It is not usually because you have done something wrong or that you are not trying hard enough.
