My ideal client is a woman healing from betrayal trauma, a couple or family navigating conflict, transitions, or infidelity, a young adult feeling lost, misunderstood, or questioning life, or an aging woman facing fear or instability about the future. Each seeks a safe, trusted guide to walk beside them through life’s hardest seasons toward peace, joy, connection, and abundant living. I provide a trauma-informed, neurobiological approach that integrates awareness, story, and practical tools to heal the brain and body. Clients learn mindfulness skills, gain psychoeducation about trauma, and engage in right-brain modalities such as Brainspotting to foster choice and deeper healing.
