I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 40 years of experience supporting individuals, couples and families through life's most difficult challenges. I hold a Master's Degree in Social Work from Washington University in St. Louis and a Master's Degree in Sociology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. I am Licensed in Missouri and Illinois. In my career I have worked extensively with teens in juvenile justice system, female survivors of intimate partner violence, and persons navigating trauma, grief and substance use. I am Level 2 Gottman trained. My passion is helping partners create stronger, healthier connections My approach is grounded in trauma-informed care, empathy and authentic connection. I believe trust is earned through openness, curiosity and non judgmental presence.
