I work with adolescents ages 10–18 who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and the pressures of school and family life. Many of the teens I support feel overwhelmed by academic expectations, peer relationships, or family stress—and may be trying to understand who they are while managing big emotions they don’t yet have tools for. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and a person-centered approach to help adolescents develop real-life coping skills, manage anxiety and mood changes, and improve communication and relationships.
