I offer person-centered, trauma-informed, and strength-based therapy, partnering with clients to achieve their treatment goals, and support steady, measurable progress. Services are available in English and Español, with in-person, virtual, and hybrid options. I welcome children and families, LGBTQ+ and neurodiverse individuals, foster/adoptive families, couples, and individuals with anxiety, trauma-related concerns, and self-esteem challenges, survivors of violence and international migrants. My clinical focus includes stabilization, skill-building, emotional regulation, and increased self-efficacy through evidence based practices.
