I am a results oriented therapist. My goal is for you to embrace what brings you joy and thrive, period. Whatever your reason for coming, you have permission to start over, from the beginning. To be messy, seen, repetitive, and stuck. I’ll meet you there, but won’t leave you there. We work towards managing the unimaginable. Reckoning with the stories we tell and the paths lost in order to reconcile with where we truly are. There you will find possibility - new stories, new love, new hope. There you will find the courage to start again. I specialize in multicultural couples and families, divorce, and loss of a parent. I offer a safe, yet challenging space full of warmth, compassion, and humor. You are needed. Your heart and creativity are necessary.
