I gravitate toward working with couples, families, and adult individuals. My clients struggle with a wide range of mental health concerns but we may be a good fit if you have found that: 1) Couples counseling interests you 2) People-pleasing has become too exhausting 3) Identifying or expressing emotions is difficult 4) You've noticed a change in your relationship 5) You are a member of the LGBTQ+ community 6) You're struggling with conflict and/or communication 7) You want a safe space to process/understand your past. Through the past few years, I have worked in a private practice setting with mainly couples and adult individuals. I am trained in the Gottman approach to working with couples, Emotion Focused Therapy, trauma response, and suicide prevention. I plan to continue my training in couples work and hope to further my education in sex therapy, and human sexuality.
