My “Relational” approach offers a human experience, intended to feel naturally conversational, while at the same time, active in offering coping strategies, psycho-education, analysis, & skill building. I specialize in trauma, parenting, & LGBT+ identity issues, but at heart, I am a Generalist with a Santa’s sack of ideas.
