I believe many of our deepest wounds are rooted in the context of relationships. Thus, the opportunity for healing is also found through relationship. Though potentially painful at times, the therapeutic process offers space for transformation and growth. Having another perspective can be helpful for navigating difficult emotions and life circumstances.
