You matter, lets talk about it! I am a licensed professional who has over 15 years of experience. Taking a person centered approach to treatment is essential and highly valued. Validation, reflections, actively listening and processing thoughts/feelings is my primary approach. My ideal client is motivated, and committed to therapy and I will share the same commitment. I am a therapist that takes multiple approaches to engage. Groups, telehealth, in person, hiking (monthly) are all approaches that are offered. I can even meet my client at a local coffee shop. I am open to innovative ways to engage and connect. I am certified in DBT and have completed training in CBT & anger management. I love to incorporate nature with therapy. I offer traditional groups in an office setting, as well as therapeutic hiking. The benefits of hiking as a approach to therapy can be discussed further during consult. Therapeutic hiking groups are offered 1 x month March-November.
