I’m Ratna, and for decades I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside children, teens, and adults as they navigate some of life’s hardest moments. My work has always centered on helping people feel safe, understood, and supported—especially those who have lived through trauma, neurodevelopmental challenges, or the weight of addictive patterns. I believe healing happens when we reconnect with our innate strength, compassion, and creativity. That belief guides everything I do. My approach brings together mindfulness, DBT, CBT, and neurofeedback, giving me a flexible toolkit to meet clients exactly where they are.
