I specialize in unpacking the adult neurodivergent experience (specifically adult autism and adult ADHD). I also specialize in chronic pain/illness, burnout, healing self-abandonment, attachment issues, family of origin issues, complex/relational/developmental trauma (CPTSD) & intergenerational trauma. My approach to therapy is compassion-focused, trauma-informed and neurodivergence affirming. I am independently licensed to provide telehealth psychotherapy sessions in the states of NC, MD, MA, VT, PA, MN, FL VA, SC, DE & ID.
