Welcome to my practice! If this is the first time you are looking into therapy, there may be a twinge of anxiety about the process, but I want to invite you to ask any questions during a free consultation discussion. I offer affordable fees for those who are in the situation of not having insurance or the resources to pay out of pocket for the standard full fee. I believe more accessible care is needed and I offer quality care that is affordable for individuals who may otherwise have difficulty finding a therapist because of cost or lack of insurance. So, a portion of my practice is set aside for this purpose.
