My ideal client is someone who has carried the weight of trauma, whether from childhood, family, identity, or substance use struggles, and is ready to explore new ways of coping. They may feel stuck repeating old patterns or disconnected from themselves and others. What they want is healing that feels real, not rigid—tools that fit their life, not the other way around. Using trauma-informed care, CBT, DBT, and strengths-based approaches, I help clients find resilience, embrace self-compassion, and create lives that feel authentically their own.
