My ideal clients are people who are functioning on the outside but feel unsettled, overwhelmed, or stuck on the inside. They may be dealing with anxiety, relationship strain, life transitions, or long-standing patterns that no longer serve them. Often, they know something needs to change, but they’re not sure where to start or why things feel so hard. They want relief, clarity, and a sense of steadiness. They’re looking for a space where they can slow down, feel understood, and work through challenges with movement towards solutions.
