Welcome, I am so glad you’re here! I utilize a safe, collaborative, and person-centered approach to my therapy, as each person has their own unique set of needs. I will be my client’s biggest advocate. Areas of interest include, but are not limited to kids, teens and adults with anxiety, autism, depression, ADHD, behavioral issues, career indecision, managing general life stressors, and sports performance. In addition to my practice, Deltuva Counseling & Coaching, I am also a therapist for the Mindset Training Institute, founded by Arman Taghizadeh, M.D. (Dr.T).
