A session with me will be relaxed, while still being directive. My goal is to create a safe space for my clients where you can laugh, cry, & explore any & all thoughts. I will challenge you to look at your thoughts/behaviors, however, in my sessions, the topic of conversation is always up to my client. We will always go at your pace & I will always check in with your comfort levels. When we are discussing more dysregulating topics, using humor as a tool is common in my sessions. I believe being able to bring levity to even the darkest of trauma’s can bring a feeling of mastery & power over it.
