Often times I find that the reoccurring themes in life are the challenges that require the greatest attention. Waking up from unconscious living is hard enough - doing that alone is even more cause to want to go back to sleep. Come in, I'd welcome the opportunity to work with you. Half of the journey is making the call for help - the other half is working through the filters created from past experiences. I've found that meeting each person where they are in life and working with them to let go of what isn't working is the most rewarding part of my work.
