Do you struggle with feeling disconnected from your feelings, thoughts, surroundings, or relationships? Does it feel like life’s expectations are an overwhelming burden? Do you find it difficult to say no, put yourself first, or practice self-compassion? I believe that healing is connection-to our emotions, thoughts, bodies, relationship, and the world around us. I have supported many individuals throughout their journey in processing emotions, life changes, setting boundaries, managing work/school stress, improving relationships, and finding their inherent worth and value in this world.
