Life can feel overwhelming when you’ve been holding everything together for too long. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling exhausted, anxious, discouraged, or stuck in patterns they’ve outgrown. They may be navigating depression, trauma, burnout, substance use, or major life transitions that have left them feeling disconnected from themselves. They want clarity, stability, and relief. They want to understand why they feel the way they do, to break old patterns, and to finally move out of survival mode. Most importantly, they want a space where they can slow down, feel supported, and begin healing on their own terms.
