Hi, my name is Becky. My ideal clients are parents and caregivers from the postpartum period through the elementary years who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or unsure how to navigate parenting challenges. They may be struggling with postpartum anxiety, emotional exhaustion, or worries about their child’s big emotions, behavior, or transitions at home. They want reassurance, clarity, and practical support—both for their child and for themselves—so parenting feels more manageable, connected, and less isolating. I support new parents navigating postpartum anxiety, adjustment, and early bonding, as well as parents of young children facing emotional regulation, anxiety, or behavioral challenges. My approach is practical and developmentally informed, helping caregivers build skills that support both their child and themselves in everyday life.
