About

I'm a licensed psychotherapist and yoga instructor, with a background in social work, psychoanalysis and mindfulness. I work holistically, integrating talk therapy, cognitive behavioral tools and mindfulness techniques to help people feel better and understand themselves more deeply. Everyone comes to therapy with their own unique constellation of strengths and challenges, and I tailor sessions accordingly. I help people work through a broad range of issues including stress, depression, anxiety, trauma, sexuality, identity and loss.
