It's simple, and yet can feel hard to remember how to re-connect to what it is to have a meaningful life as we work towards healing. Whether your exploring how your childhood experiences created patterns in your life that you want to understand or rewrite, or moving through current challenges in this chapter of your life, I am here to hold a safe and non-judgmental space to move through challenging times. My work focuses on how we are experiencing the world in the moment, and draws on tools including touch and somatics to help embody healing.
