Through reflection and introspection into your life story, we will work together to build skills, such as resiliency, self-esteem, self-advocacy, and work towards achieving your personal goals. I especially enjoy working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, OCD symptoms, relationship difficulties, ADHD, and with new or expecting parents. As a parent of a neurodivergent child myself, I have also found meaning in helping others navigate the rollercoaster that naturally comes from finding oneself in this unexpected role.
