Whether your child is having big feelings they can not quite explain, or you are a young adult overwhelmed by life's uncertainty, I am here to help make sense of whatever you are facing. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck, unsure, or even overwhelmed as to why they are experiencing intense emotions. Likewise, you may be unsure of what you need, but can recognize that something is not working. Therapy gives us a place to untangle those internal knots and create space for clarity, growth, and healing. I am and will be honored to be trusted as a part of that process.
