You’re insightful, self-aware, maybe even the go-to friend for advice but you still find yourself stuck in anxious loops, messy relationships, and old wounds that won’t stay quiet. Underneath it all is a deep desire to feel safe, seen, and securely loved. With compassion, a little laughter and zero judgment, I help individuals untangle these patterns, heal their inner world, and create love that doesn’t require losing themselves. I offer a holistic, attachment-focused space to explore the roots of anxiety, trauma, and relationship patterns. Using EMDR and IFS, we work together to gently unpack protective patterns and build safety in how you connect with others and yourself.
