Over the years I have helped people struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, LGBTQI+ issues, anger management, divorce, poor self-esteem, stress management, social skills, body image awareness, parenting skills and more. I have provided services to individuals, families, and couples from culturally diverse backgrounds in a variety of settings in addition to my private practice (including several hospitals, family service agencies, and schools). As no one type of therapy works for everyone, in my practice, I take an eclectic patient-centered approach tailoring treatment to meet your unique needs and goals.
