About

As a mental health counselor and music therapist, I utilize expressive modalities to help clients deepen their relationship to themselves, heal old patterns and exiled parts, and develop a greater sense of empowerment and authenticity. I come from a queer, feminist, and social justice perspective and believe each person as the ability to find healing within themselves. I believe every person is a creative being, connecting to the deepest experiences and inner wisdom through art, music and movement. In an individual setting, I help clients explore their inner experience through somatic and creative experiences that deepen insight, build resilience, and offer a pathway to healing. This inner work helps clients build the resources, safety, and inner wisdom needed to move through the world with authenticity and connection.
