The hurt, stress, anxiety, confusion, sadness, or anger that you are currently feeling doesn't have to be your life's story. As your therapist, I will walk beside you on your journey of healing and change, helping you reach the goals and outcomes that are uniquely yours. I employ a holistic approach: encompassing physical, spiritual, social, and emotional health into our sessions together. Through a wide range of evidence-based techniques including CBT (cognitive behavioral), Mindfulness and Meditation, Motivational Interviewing and Solution Focused therapies, we will work together to focus on your individual desires.
