Sometimes, direction is all we need. However, an unbiased opinion to help key aspects of resilience can help redirect negative feelings. I am a client centered therapist. I believe in getting to know the client and progressing at a pace that best reflects you. While therapy can be scary, creating a basis of trust can help establish a rapport that fosters growth. Accountability, on both the client and therapist, is a goal that aim to reach in each interaction. I have been a social worker for 4 years and I am currently working towards my supervision hours.
