I am ADHD-CCSP certified and specialize in evidence-based ADHD care across the lifespan. I work with children, adolescents, and adults focusing on executive functioning, CBT, and actionable skills to manage symptoms. I also focus on co-occurring anxiety and trauma. My goal is to work together with you and/or your child to find your strengths and work to build an individualized plan to get you back on track at school, work, and home. I also focus on depression, divorce and custody, and working to build coping skills. My therapeutic approach includes person-centered, psychodynamic, strengths-based and trauma informed methods.
